Islamabad: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has expressed confidence that its candidate Arif Alvi will win the September 4 presidential election comfortably. A meeting presided over by Prime Minister Imran Khan on Saturday discussed inputs from MPAs from the four provinces and decided that the PTI would contest the election with full zeal, reports Dan news. Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry told the media: “Arif Alvi will become the president of Pakistan as the PTI has the support of the required number of voters.” (IANS)
