This is the reason why women have a self-reflective approach for their careers and are more likely to value factors such as goals, meaning, rapport with colleagues and meshing work-life.

Workplace culture transformation takes place when a woman brings all of these qualities to the workplace, their teams and businesses. Consequently, as people work towards bringing gender equality, the gender gap will cease to exist with time.

The numerical figures in terms of women in workplaces have received significant changes in the recent years. However, it still points out to the direction that gender gap prevails. The statistics in the educational sector indicates that gender gap still remains. Women have been earning less even while possessing the same qualification as a male counterpart.

This results in less existence of opportunities, mentorship and arrangements to help a woman to walk ahead towards leadership positions.

Finally, the ancient ideologies revolving around the life of men and women still posts barriers to the work-life of women. They are still viewed as incapable of leading. However, every other day, a new woman breaks this myth.

Times are changing. The progress has been slow yet effective. Women have been consistent and determined to change the work culture. A few more decades and all the tables will be turned.
