BJP Aims To Inoculate Record Number Of People To Mark PM Modi's 71st Birthday

The party workers were directed across the country to carry out a vaccination driver as part of its ‘Seva and Samarpan’ campaign.

NEW DELHI: To mark the 71st birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP has taken a mega 20-day public outreach programme which will start from Friday (today) and will conclude on October 07.

Union health minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Thursday took to Twitter and wrote, "Tomorrow is the birthday of our beloved prime minister, let's do #VaccineSeva by helping all unvaccinated people including their loved ones, family members and all sections of the society by getting them vaccinated. This would be a birthday gift for the prime minister,"

The party workers were directed across the country to carry out a vaccination driver as part of its 'Seva and Samarpan' campaign.

To mark the birthday, 140 million ration bags with a picture of PM Modi would be distributed among poor and needy people and 50 million BJP booth workers will send Modi postcards highlighting their comments.

The BJP president JP Nadda would also inaugurate a photo exhibition to mark the journey of PM Modi's 20-years of political.

PM Modi was born in 1950 and is the first chief minister who born after independence. He has completed three years as prime minister of the country. He served as the chief minister of Gujarat from 2001 to 2014.

He was an active and dedicated worker of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and was later joined BJP.
