Chinese Lady Tries To Commit Suicide In IGI Airport Washroom

She is 29 years old as per the reports, who tried to commit suicide with the help of a razor.

NEW DELHI : A shocking incident came into light about a Chinese woman who tried to take away her life in an airport. The incident took place in Indira Gandhi International airport, terminal 3 on 7th of January, Saturday. 

According to officials, the Chinese woman arrived at terminal 3 on Saturday night from Bahrain. The police had informed that, after a preliminary investigation it got clear that the incident took place approximately around 4 am in the saturday morning. 

The lady during stopover, went to the washroom and cut herself in the throat and hand. The officials added that, she was supposed to move towards Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, however, chose to take the scary step during the layover. Fortunately, she was rushed to the nearby hospital for medical help by the concerned authorities. 

Her condition is reportedly stable as of now as she received the needed medical treatment on time. During the investigation process, the cause of the incident was cleared. The woman confessed that she was depressed and sad because of recent separation with her partner. 

Moreover, the Chinese woman also lost her job as she stated in front of the police. She is 29 year old as per the reports, and tried to commit suicide with the help of a razor. 'The woman told she had recently lost her job and and even broke up with her boyfriend, stated the police personnel privy to the investigation. 

According to airport officials, due to poor weather conditions approximately 118 domestic flights has been delayed from Indira Gandhi International airport. This was announced by the airport authorities on Monday. 

The IGIA issued an advisory and undertook measures to cope with the low visibility condition caused due to fog.
