'Cow-dung chip reduces radiation from mobile phones'

New Delhi: Vallabhbhai Kathiria, the chairman of Rashtriya Kamdhenu Aayog (RKA) said that a 'chip' made of cow dung reduces radiation from mobile phones, as well as acts as a safeguard against diseases.

Addressing the launch of a nationwide campaign on promoting cow dung products, ''Kamdhenu Deepawali Abhiyan'', Kathiria said that cow dung has anti-radiation properties and it is scientifically proven. It will protect everyone.

The 'chip,' Gausatva Kavach, is manufactured in Shrijee Gaushala in Rajkot. RKA was set up in 2019, with the aim to conserve, protect, and development of the cows and their progeny. Under the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, the Aayog has started a campaign to promote the use of cow dung based products during the festivals.

Kathiria has further requested the people to not use the diyas made in China this Diwali. He states that the campaign of RKA will boost Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Make in India concept and the "swadeshi movement."
