BENGALURU: In a shocking incident that unfolded on July 11, the CEO and MD of Aeronic Media Private Limited, identified as Vinu Kumar and Paneendra Subramanya, were brutally murdered at their office in Bengaluru. The police have now successfully apprehended the three accused individuals involved in the crime. The main perpetrator, Felix, a former employee of the company, was arrested along with his accomplices Shivu and Vinay Reddy in Kunigal.
The Amruthahalli police formed five teams to investigate the case, utilizing tower dump data and Call Data Records (CDR) to track down the suspects. The arrests were made based on the evidence gathered from these sources.
According to the authorities, the incident occurred around 4:30 pm when Felix, accompanied by Shivu and Vinay Reddy, stormed into the residential locality on the 6th Cross of Pampa extension in Amruthahalli. The trio entered the office premises and engaged in a conversation with the MD and CEO for approximately 30 minutes. Suddenly, they launched a violent attack using a sharp object, resulting in the deaths of Subramanya and Kumar. The victims were rushed to the hospital but succumbed to their injuries en route. Subsequently, Felix managed to escape by jumping over the compound wall through the building's back exit.
DCP Northeast Laxmi Prasad confirmed the details of the incident, stating that Felix, a former employee of Aeronic Media Private Limited, was responsible for the gruesome act. He further revealed that the assailants targeted the victims' heads and stomachs with a machete. The police investigation revealed that all three attackers had previously worked together at a company on Bannerghatta Road.
An anonymous investigation officer shed light on Felix's motive, disclosing that he had established his own business, which posed as a rival to Paneendra's company. Felix allegedly held a grudge against Paneendra due to the success of his business and his own dissatisfaction with the competition, leading to this heinous crime.
Adding to the perplexity of the case, Felix had posted a cryptic message on Instagram, stating, "This planet peoples always flatters and cheaters. So I hurt this planet peoples. I only hurt bad people. I never hurt any good people." The post hints at Felix's skewed perception and his misguided justification for his actions.
The arrest of Felix, Shivu, and Vinay Reddy brings some closure to this shocking double murder case in Bengaluru. As the investigation continues, the authorities aim to gather more evidence and establish the full extent of the involvement of each accused.
