Indian Politician and Member of the Legislative Assembly of Madhya Pradesh, Kamal Nath has turned 75 this year on Thursday 18 November. Political leaders from across the country have taken over Twitter to wish Nath on his 75th birthday and make the day special for him.

Kamal Nath is recognized as one of the renowned figures and an important part of the Indian National Congress not just in Madhya Pradesh but by people across India. Nath with long-term political experience has been serving as the President of the Madhya Pradesh Congress party.

Kamal Nath was born on 18 November 1946 in Kanpur of Uttar Pradesh. He has served as the 18th Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh for about 15 months and later resigned due to a certain political crisis.

On his 75th birthday Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh wished him 'Happy Birthday' along with other congress leaders. A short film on Kamal Nath has gone viral on the internet which was shared by Congress leader and he was also presented with a sword in one of the pictures by Narendra Saluja, a media coordinator.

Former Madhya Pradesh CM Kamal Nath has been the leader of opposition in the MP Legislative Assembly since March 2020. He was elected as a Member of Parliament for the first time from Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh in the year 1979. In the following years 1984, 1990, 1991, 1998, 1999, 2004, 2009 and 2014 he was elected as a member of Lok Sabha.

Apart from being a politician, Kamal Nath is also a writer who has written books like India's Century: The Age of Entrepreneurship in the World's Biggest Democracy' in 2007 and 'India's Century' in 2008.

Political leaders who were present along with Kamal Nath to celebrate his birthday are NP Prajapati, former Ministers Sajjan Singh Verma, JP Dhanopia, Ashok Singh, Ravi Joshi, Rajiv Singh, Praveen Kakkar and Prakash Jain.
