Intoxicated TTE Urinates On Woman Passenger, Gets Arrested

The passenger was traveling with her Amritsar-born spouse, Rajesh Kumar, at the time of the event.

LUCKNOW: Following the Air India incident, a similar event was reported on Sunday on the Amritsar-Kolkata train.

According to a Government Railway Police (GRP) official, an inebriated Travel Ticket Examiner (TTE) is accused of peeing on the head of a female passenger on the Akal Takht Express. The passenger was travelling with her Amritsar-born spouse, Rajesh Kumar, at the time of the event.

According to a GRP official, the event was brought to the public's attention on Sunday night in the A1 coach of the Akal Takht Express, which was traveling from Amritsar to Kolkata.

After the woman shouted, several passengers gathered around and managed to grab the inebriated TTE, later identified as Bihar native Munna Kumar.

As soon as the train arrived at Lucknow's Charbagh Railway station on Monday, the TTE was subsequently turned over to the GRP. The TTE has been taken into custody by authorities.

According to press reports, Shankar Mishra, the man accused of urinating on an elderly female co-passenger on an Air India aircraft, told a Delhi sessions court that the complainant urinated on herself and that he did not urinate on her.

According to the reports, Mishra's attorney told the Delhi Court, "I did not urinate on the complainant." "The seat of the complainant woman was blocked. He (Mishra) was unable to go there. Incontinence is an issue for women. Her own urine was used. She is a Kathak dancer, and according to the lawyer, 80% of Kathak dancers experience this problem, according to the sources.

Recently, a fight was initiated by passengers of Thai Smile Airways. A video went viral all over social media, where a group of passengers assaulted a fellow passenger prior to the take off. The Indian Aviation authorities have decided to the individuals involved in the incident in no-fly category.

The no fly list examines the behaviour of individuals on both scheduled and non scheduled flights. The GOI conducted a committee namely, the National No Fly List in the year 2017.
