Mumbai: Aryan Khan, eldest son of Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan has
been detained by the Narcotics Control Bureau for interrogating Aryan in connection
with a rave party on a cruise ship.
Sources said that Zonal Director of NCB, Sameer Wankhede said that Aryan was not arrested nor booked with any charges.
Moreover, the report has mentioned that Aryan Khan's phone has been seized and scanned by the authorities "to check for any indication of his involvement in the possession or consumption of drugs".
NCB arrested eight-person including three women and detained many people.
According to reports, several drugs like cocaine, MDMA, Mephedrone, and charas was seized by NCB from a Goa-bound ship.
The ship was supposed to leave Mumbai at 2 pm and on 10am of October 04 it will return.
The event, named 'Cray'Ark, was organised by FashionTV India with Namascray onboard the Cordelia, an Indian cruise liner.
Earlier in Guwahati, the father of Bishal Choudhury has filed a case against the police in connection to the encounter of Bishal who was reportedly prime accused in Guwahati Rave party incident. According to reports the father of Bishal filed the case with Chief Judicial magistrate's court as well session court against the police alleging it as a fake encounter. The encounter took place in Noonmati, Guwahati. Bishal received bullet injuries on his leg and currently undergoing treatment in Gauhati Medical College and Hospital.
Earlier, Six persons accused in the infamous Kharguli 'rave' party have been granted bail by the Gauhati High Court. However, the High Court has rejected 5 other bail pleas. On August 13, the police had arrested 6 people on the grounds of consuming cocaine at the birthday party of Amit Baruah in one of the flats of Riveria Apartment in the Kharguli Hills of Guwahati. According to the police, a rave party had been organised in the flat.
