Shocking! Uttar Pradesh man allegedly beaten up and forced to drink urine

Lalitpur: In a shocking incident reported from Lalitpur district in Uttar Pradesh, a 65-year-old Dalit man was reportedly forced to drink urine and beaten up, along with his son. This incident took place last week.

Police said that the main accused has been arrested based on a complaint filed by the victim's family. The search for others involved in the case is on.

Victim Amar, a resident of Roda village in Lalitpur, alleged that a man called Sonu Yadav forced him to drink his urine a few days ago. Upon refusing to do so, he was attacked with a stick. He also attacked the Dalit man's son with an axe. The family then filed a report with the police.

According to Superintendent of Police Mirza Manzar Beg, a few influential people of Roda thrashed the two villagers. He stated that the main accused has been arrested and a search is on for the others involved in the case. He confirmed that the police registered an FIR soon after getting the complaint. "We will not tolerate any such bullying," Mirza Manzar Beg has been quoted as saying.
