Army vehicle smashes several shops, six injured

Tezpur, Dec 4: Sensation prevailed on Sunday at Bhalukpong Baramile area near Assam-Aruchal border in Sonitpur district after an Army vehicle smashed several shops and houses and injured six pedestrians.  Source said that an Army vehicle bearing  no.14-D-195541N was coming from Bhaluklung towards Balipara at a brisk rate on Sunday evening. The vehicle lost control and rammed into several shops and houses and injured six persos at Bhalukpung Baramile area. Two of the injured persons have been identified as Pradip Khaklari (30) and Motilal Gayari (32) and they have been sent to Tezpur for intensive care. On the other hand, six army soldiers also sustained injuries in the unfortute incident, sources said.
