14-year-old girl raped by School principal in Raga, Arunachal Pradesh

The accused is identified as Bini Tegi. He is the principal of Green Hills School, Raga in Arunachal Pradesh. Police arrested the accused on Tuesday

Raga (Arunachal Pradesh): In another horrific and shocking incident, a 14-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her school principal in Arunachal Pradesh's Raga of Kamle district. Cases like these have raised serious concerns about the safety of girls and women across the country. The heinous incident took place in Kamle district.

The accused of the horrific crime is identified as one Bini Tegi. He is the principal of the Green Hills School in Raga, Kamle district, Arunachal Pradesh. He sexually assaulted his student, who is just 14 years old.

A protest rally was organised by the people of Raga tehsil for Justice of the victim, who is still a minor. The victim's family, who are devastated with what happened to their daughter are pleading for justice and are urging the authorities to take action against the culprit of this heinous crime. They have demanded the culprit to be hanged.

The protestors who took out the rally were angry and saddened at what had happened to their family member. One of the protestors from the rally said that this time it had happened to their sister, no one knows who it will be tomorrow. They have demanded exemplary punishment for the culprit.

The police said that the incident took place of December 12, however, they only received the information about the incident on Tuesday, that is, December 15.

The Raga police could arrest the accused of this horrific crime, Bini Tegi. They arrested him on Tuesday. A t first, a written complaint was registered by the family of the victim. Further, an FIR was lodged against the accused under relevant sections under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO).
