Arunachal CM Pema Khandu Mourns Demise Of Advocate Kholie Tado

Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Wednesday expressed profound sorrow over the unfortunate demise of advocate Kholie Tado who was serving as public prosecutor for the State Government till he breathed last on Tuesday.

In his condolence letter, the Chief Minister wrote “With profound grief, I write to share the grief of losing one of the most qualified and learned advocate of Arunachal Pradesh, who scaled the pinnacle of his chosen career. With the demise of Kholie Tado, serving as Public Prosecutor of the State Government in the Itanagar permanent bench of Gauhati High Court, the State has lost an able advocate and a great human being.”

Born in 1973, Late Kholie did his initial schooling from Yazali and later completed his bachelor degree in Arts from DN College Itanagar. He later did his LLB from Gauhati University and then practised in the Itanagar Permanent Bench of Gauhati High Court.

He was then appointed as Public Prosecutor of Government of Arunachal Pradesh. He was also a founding member of Arunachal Cricket Association and served as its secretary till his last breath.

“His sincerity and dedication towards his work fetched him lot of respect from all quarters. His love for sports especially cricket was known to all,” the Chief Minister said in his letter.

“At this moment of extreme grief, me my family, colleagues in the Government and the people of Arunachal Pradesh extend our solidarity with you and share the pain inflicted by one of the greatest truth of life,” he said.

“I pray almighty to bestow you with strength to bear the irreparable loss. May the soul of the one of ablest son of Arunachal Pradesh rest in peace in heavenly abode” the message added further,” the Chief Minister added.
