ITANAGAR: The Arunachal Pradesh unit of BJP on Monday organized a 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' programme by conducting exam warrior art & painting competitions at the Police Colony Government Secondary School here.

About 171 students from various schools of the State capital from class IX to XII participated in the programme. The party invited four jury members - president of Arunachal Pradesh Women's Welfare Society (APWWS) Kani Nada Maling, renowned cartoonist Jene Hai, renowned artist Karken Riba and headmistress of the school Gogen Ete - to judge the competition events during the programme.

The party's vice president Junty Singpho, while speaking on the occasion, spoke about the exam warrior painting competition and said that the main aims and objective of the programme were to help reduce the stress of examination for the students, to promote mental and intellectual development of students and to remove the negative effects of depression.

She added that the motivational book 'Exam Warrior' written by Prime Minister Narendra Modi contains 28 mantras for students and 6 mantras for parents, which would benefit the students as well as the parents at large. "Students should not fear to face any exam rather they should mentally prepare to face any kind of results", Singpho said, and added that the parents and teachers should not over-stressed as every student has his or her own creativity and talent and they should be allowed to express their own creativity.
