Arunachal Pradesh: Lok Sabha MP Gao launches book of Nocte writer

The book 'The Native Tea' was written by Wangtum Homcha Lowang, the founder of Nocte Digest, a digital library for Nocte traditional and cultural heritage.

ITANAGAR: Lok Sabha MP from Arunachal Pradesh Tapir Gao on Sunday launched a book written by a young writer at Deomali in the Tirap district.

The book 'The Native Tea' was written by Wangtum Homcha Lowang, the founder of Nocte Digest, a digital library for Nocte traditional and cultural heritage.

Launching the book, Gao, the BJP MP from the Arunachal East Parliamentary Constituency, lauded the young writer for his creative works which he said would help the young generation of the Noctes to know more about past and present of the traditional and cultural heritage of the community.

The programme was also attended by State PHE Minister Wangki Lowang, Borduria-Bogapani MLA Wanglin Lowangdong, ADC, ZPMs and officials, an official communiqué informed here.
