The four accused were arrested from Meragoh village for allegedly stealing the golden holy book from Luguthang monastery in the district, police spokesperson Rohit Rajbir Singh informed. The golden scripture, which carries historical significance, was stolen from the monastery on April 29 this year, the spokesperson said.
