Arunachal Pradesh: Tali MLA Jikke Tako Inspects Ongoing Projects of PMGSY Road

TALI: MLA-cum-advisor to Power Minister, Jikke Tako, has expressed his satisfaction on the ongoing construction of Tamin-Tali PMGSY Road. Tako, who is on his weeklong visit to his constituency, on Friday, also inspected the Sulu bridge near here.

Tako said that the work’s progress is swift and satisfactory. He appreciated the officials of the department and the contractors for the good work. At the same time, he also acknowledged the public of the area for their support and cooperation towards the contractors. Also, responding to the memorandum submitted by the villagers for the construction of a road in the village, Tako, assured to look into the submission.

West Siang District Deputy Commissioner Hage Mamu conducted inspection of several major centrally sponsored projects within district in May. Accompanied by District Planning Officer Marjum Karga DC reviewed progress of significant infrastructure developments. These aim to enhance region's public facilities and connectivity.

Inspection began with visit to construction site of multipurpose community hall in Aalo, overseen by PWD Division. DC assessed ongoing construction of multi-storied parking building. She also looked at new walkway along riverfront both managed by Urban Development and Housing Department. Additionally, she inspected viaduct construction work near Takpu Bagra at 309.781 km mark of Potin-Pangin Section of NH-13 which falls under Basar Highway Division.

Expressing satisfaction with execution of projects Mamu emphasized importance of maintaining high standards of quality. She urged site engineers and field officers to ensure timely completion. She noted that once remaining viaducts are completed, travel time in area will be significantly reduced. This offers substantial relief to commuters
