TINSUKIA: The District Magistrate of Tinsukia Narsing Pawar by an order promulgated 144 Cr PC with immediate effect in entire district of Tinsukia prohibiting forcible collection or donation for any purpose from shops and business establishments, individuals etc and also from vehicles plying on road throughout the district. The order also banned holding of meeting and gathering in any public places, taking out procession/dharna/rally, use of torch light such as mashal with fire using inflammable substances, sale and use/bursting of any kind of firecrackers/ fireworks in the district.
