The All Bodo Students’ Union (ABSU) urges the Government of India to rescue all stranded Indian students from war-torn Ukraine and bring them back home.

KOKRAJHAR: The All Bodo Students' Union (ABSU) urges the Government of India to rescue all stranded Indian students from war-torn Ukraine and bring them back home.

The general secretary of the ABSU Khanindra Basumatary said after seeing the plight of the students from Assam and the entire country stranded in Ukraine was a matter of concern and said that the difficulty of the students in the war zone was heart touching and scary.

In solidarity with the affected victims in Ukraine, the ABSU appealed to the Government of India and Assam to take prompt action to rescue all the stranded students and civilians from the warring state. On the humanitarian crisis and loss to both the confronting states for the cause of peace in the world and Ukraine, ABSU appeals to stop the war at the earliest and resolve the crisis through dialogue.
