All Tai Ahom Students' Union leader Partha Gogoi, expelled

Partha Gogoi, advisor of the Rangpur Regional Committee and former working president of the Sivasagar district committee of the All Tai Ahom Students' Union (ATASU), was expelled from the primary membership of ATASU with immediate effect for his alleged involvement in anti-constitutional activities.

SIVASAGAR: Partha Gogoi, advisor of the Rangpur Regional Committee and former working president of the Sivasagar district committee of the All Tai Ahom Students' Union (ATASU), was expelled from the primary membership of ATASU with immediate effect for his alleged involvement in anti-constitutional activities.

Partha Gogoi, who presided over the delegation meeting of ATASU held at Demow College on June 11, left the meeting halfway by arrogantly defying the status of the central leadership, stated Dharmen Gogoi, assistant secretary of ATASU's central committee, in a press release.

In the release, Dharmen Gogoi also appealed to the people of Sivasagar not to contact Partha Gogoi for any matter involving the organization.
