DEMOW: Under the patronage of All Tai Ahom Students’ Union (ATASU), the Demow Regional Committee, in Association with the people of Demow, observed the fifth annual Kendriya Sukapha Divas (Asom Divas) 2023 in Demow Public Playground on Saturday.
As per the Schedule, the programme started with flag hoisting which was followed by Maidam Tarpan. A cultural procession was taken out on Saturday, which was inaugurated by Ajay Kumar Gogoi, Professor of Moran Women College. In the cultural procession, students from different educational institutions took part. Drawing and Essay competitions were organized on Saturday. The invited singers performed in the cultural evening on Saturday.
