A CORRESPONDENT
DHUBRI: An art competition was organized jointly under the auspices of Bihu Artists' Association and Genius Brain Development Academy here on Wednesday. Students of all classes, including students of Swargadeo Bihu team, joined the competition and drew on the subjects given to them.
Superintendent of Dhubri Chest Hospital, Dr. J.B.Roy, Head of Assamese Department of Dhubri Girls' College, Juin Das and social worker, Simul Sarkar attended a meeting organized in connection to Lachit Divas and spoke on Lachit Borphukan at length focusing on his life, valour and excellent art of fighting in the battlefield. Students were awarded with gifts and trophies in the end.
