The report published in the form of book with academic and research support written by agro-food experts from all corners of the globe, composing a global vision of the sector in the world in pre-COVID-19 era. The compilation offered a complete overview of the gastronomy of the world that envisaged keys to know and understand food as cuisine represents culture of the people.

Dr Kalita reflected about the rich culinary traditions of Assam in his article.
