NAGAON: 8 Assam Bn NCC organized a ten day-long CATC-88 camp at JNV Morigaon, aimed at honing the life skills and leadership qualities of NCC cadets. The training camp, commenced on October 25 and concluded on Friday. Cadets were engaged in a rigorous training programme designed to instill discipline, leadership, physical fitness, and teamwork. During the camp, Brig SS Gill, NCC Group Commander visited the site of the training and also motivated the cadets, leaving an indelible mark on their journey of self-discovery, setting goals and leadership. Cadets witnessed distinguished guests, officials from North Eastern Development Fin Corp Ltd (NEDFi) fostering a spirit of service and entrepreneurship. Army Recruiting Office (ARO) Narangi, DPO Morigaon for Disaster mitigation training, Fire fighting Services Dept and the principals of two prominent colleges, who graced the event with their presence. 8 Assam BN NCC, Nagoan has committed to promote character development, life skills, leadership, and community service among the youth. The successful completion of the training camp is a significant milestone in this endeavour.
