NAGAON: Major General Gagan Deep, the Additional Director General (ADG) of the NER, NCC, paid a sudden visit to Nowgong College (autonomous) on Wednesday.
The moment was charged with anticipation and excitement as cadets, faculty, and staff gathered to welcome Major General Gagan Deep, a distinguished officer with a stellar track record in the Indian Army. The visit accorded a great significance as it underscored the importance of fostering a strong connection between educational institutions and the armed forces.
During his visit, the NCC cadets from Nowgong College paid their respect to Major General Gagan Deep. Following the ceremonial reception, Major General Gagan Deep held a meeting with the Principal of Nowgong College, during which the senior official discussed strengthening the partnership between the NCC and educational institutions in the region.
