TANGLA: Two members of a bike lifter gang have landed in Mazbat police dragnet in Udalguri district on Thursday. According to reports, the apprehended youths have been identified as Jaisingh Boro (27) and Ladura Boro (26) who were picked from Adarsha Bahadur village and Merabil village of Udalguri district. The accused are inhabitants of Nikashi Bandarkuchi village under Mushalpur PS of Baksa district. The police team also recovered three stolen motor bikes in the operation- Bajaj Pulsar 150 (AS01EN3053),Bajaj Pulsar RS 200(AS01EX7011),Bajaj Pulsar NS AS21 M5709. The gang members were allegedly involved in a number of motorcyle lifting cases in the neighbouring places.
Meanwhile, a case was registered against them at Mazbat Police Station and the duo were produced before the Udalguri district Court which forwarded them to judicial custody.
