KOKRAJHAR: CEM of BTC Pramod Boro attended a productive joint meeting of the NDA (UPPL and BJP) held at Chapaguri in Chirang district on Sunday for the upcoming by-election of Sidli constituency where cabinet minister Ashok Singhal represented the BJP.
