DEMOW: A body was recovered in Deroi River on Friday. According to sources, Amrit Ghatowar (28), a resident of Krishna Bihari Tea Estate in the Ketelasuwa area near Demow, along with his three friends, went fishing in Deroi River on Thursday. His three friends came home but Amrit Ghatowar went missing.
His body was seen floating in the Deroi River on Friday. Amrit Ghatowar used to earn his livelihood by fishing. His family members lodged an FIR in Demow Police Station. Demow Police reached the area, recovered the body and sent it for post-mortem.
