DIBRUGARH: Dibrugarh police arrested three drug peddlers and recovered 4.49 grams of suspected heroin from their possession on Monday evening. According to police, the three drug peddlers from were coming from Dhemaji, Kulajan area in a passenger vehicle. “We have got an information and arrested them from Amolapatty area of Dibrugarh. We have recovered 4.49 grams of suspected heroin,” said a police officer. He said, “We have arrested many drug peddlers in last few days in Dibrugarh and seized huge amount of narcotic items. We will continue our crackdown against drugs.”
