Assam Education Board Developing App For School Students, Says Ranoj Pegu

Guwahati: The Board of Secondary Education (SEBA) in Assam is developing a mobile application for the benefit of school students, Ranoj Pegu, Minister of Education said.

He informed this while speaking at the launch of two mobile phone applications by the SEBA on Thursday.

As per a report by PTI, the app will have online lessons, question banks, and worksheets, among other features, all of which will help students to get knowledge beyond what is covered in the school syllabus.

He also asserted that the education department in the state had been exploring digital education mechanisms in keeping with the growing use of technology in all spheres of life.

Emphasizing technology and digital, he said, such means are being adopted to ensure greater benefits for students.
