SILCHAR: Mrinal Dutta Roy, former chief accounts officer of the NF Railway breathed his last on Wednesday night at a private hospital in Guwahati. Dutta Roy, 89, left behind two sons and a daughter. Dutta Roy also served as the financial advisor in the NFR. He was the elder brother of Barak Democratic Front chief convener Pradip Dutta Roy.
