LAKHIMPUR: Satyajit Kaman of Lakhimpur has brought laurels to the district by grabbing the fourth rank among the toppers of the Higher Secondary Final Exam in Science Stream as per result announced by the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) on Tuesday.
Satyajit appeared in the said exam from Ramanujan Senior Secondary School, Nagaon. He is the son of Kamal Kaman and Rashmi Rekha Kaman, residents of Bali Chapori Gaon under Subansiri area under Dhakuakhana subdivision. His father is the in-charge headmaster of Barshamukh Mohura Chapori LP School. He passed the HSLC exam from Gogamukh Christ King School by achieving 94.03 per cent marks in 2021. Satyajit who aims to be an engineer, secured 478 (95.03 per cent) marks in HS Final Exam. His hobby is singing song and dancing Bihu. He did not take help of any private tuition to prepare for the exam.
