HOWRAGHAT: The Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC) pre-Gunotsav will start from October 16 in both the districts of Karbi Anglong and West Karbi Anglong.
According to the scheduled programme, the KAAC special or Pre-Gunotsav will start from 9 am. On the first day, the Self-Evaluation (Reading Skill and School evaluation) will be conducted by the schools in presence of members of the SMC/SMDC in all the government, tea garden managed schools, KAAC-managed schools, KGBVS Model Schools, NSCBAV and Adarsha Vidiyalays.
On the other hand, the external evaluation will start from October 18 to October 19. The external evaluation will be done by the respective external evaluators. The authority of KAAC initiated the Pre-Gunotsav, 2023 both in Karbi Anglong and West Karbi Anglong, with the aim to enhance or develop the learning outcomes of the students of the two districts before the upcoming Assam Gunotsav, 2024.
