BISWANATH CHARIALI:The sleuths of Vigilance and Anti-corruption, Government of Assam arrested a Lat Mandal named Naushad Ali of Laat No 5 in the office of Gohpur Revenue Circle Officer under Gohpur PS in erstwhile Biswanath district on Monday. Naushad Ali was arrested while he was allegedly taking a bribe from a man for land work. A resident of Dhubri, Ali joined the office of the Gohpur Revenue Circle 4-5 months ago.
