KOKRAJHAR: A minor girl belonging to indigenous tribal community was kidnapped and raped by suspected Bangladeshi immigrant in Kokrajhar on Sunday.
According to information, the girl was first drugged and taken to an isolated place where she was sexually abused. The accused is stated to be a labourer working in a construction of a building where the girl stay in Kokrajhar town. The accused identified as Anwar Hussain (24) of Bhotgaon Bodhiyaguri has been arrested U/S 363/376(3)/328IPC R/w 69 POCSO Act.
