NALBARI: Varnali Deka, an IAS officer of the 2009 Batch (Assam-Meghalaya Cadre), on Wednesday took charge as District Commissioner of Nalbari district. She took charge from Bedanga Talukdar who was the Nalbari DC in-charge.
Soon after assuming charge as District Commissioner, Nalbari, Varnali Deka took part in an introductory session with all administrative officials and staff of the office and urged for active and dedicated participation in all responsibilities and sought cooperation from all.
