Assam: Poor family deprived of government schemes in Demow

At a time when the State and Central governments are talking about development, the schemes of Sabka Saath Sabka Vikash Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas are still not made available in 1 No Masoi Gaon near Demow.

DEMOW: At a time when the State and Central governments are talking about development, the schemes of Sabka Saath Sabka Vikash Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas are still not made available in 1 No Masoi Gaon near Demow. Bir Garh and Neha Garh who hails from 1 No Masoi Gaon near Demow had lost their parents one year ago and now staying with their grandfather Bisuwa Garh. Bir Garh is the student of class 3 and Neha Garh is the student of class 2. The house in which Bir Garh and Neha Garh live with their grandfather is in a dilapidated condition and moreover their grandfather gets only Rs.250 as Briddha Pension. Their granddad cannot perform household duties owing to physical illness.

The teacher of the children Junas Murari, has also expressed serious concern for them. The poor family has not received PMAY house from the government. The local people has appealed the State government to help the family by providing government schemes. On the other hand, under Demow Revenue Circle in Kharahat Gaon Panchayat in 1 No Masoi Gaon near Demow, majority of the people have been deprived from the government schemes. There were various schemes of the State and Central Government but majority of the 1 No Masoi Gaon people are yet to get the government schemes.
