TINSUKIA: The Digboi and Margherita Excise department conducted raids at 1 No. Keniya, Keniya Balijan under Lekhapani Police Station in Tinsukia district on Tuesday. The operation, conducted under the supervision of Deputy Superintendent of Excise Margherita Prasanta Dutta, apprehended one person and registered 3 cases. The seized articles were illicit distilled liquor of 20 litres, fermented wash of 200 litres and 13 beer bottles (for sale in Arunachal Pradesh only).
