JAMUGURIHAT: Lokra Battalion under the aegis of Headquarter 21 Sector Assam Rifles and Inspector General Assam Rifles (East) organized a painting competition for children of Assam Rifles High School at Lokra near Balipara on May 11 to promote celebration of 8th International Yoga Day scheduled on June 21.
The event was aimed to give wider publicity of International Yoga Day and to educate on how yoga helps in building body awareness, strength, flexibility and fighting the fatigue of the body and mind. During the event, a total of 20 children portrayed their ideas and views about Yoga with zeal, fervor and enthusiasm.
