JAMUGURIHAT: Assam Rifles organized a drug awareness lecture for students of ARHS, Lokra on Wednesday.
The lecture was aimed at raising awareness and educating the community on the pressing issue of substance abuse. The lecture covered a range of topics, including the impact of drug abuse on individuals and communities, strategies for prevention and intervention and available treatment options and recovery resources.
This lecture was an opportunity for students to come together, learn, and take meaningful steps towards creating a safer and healthier environment. At the end of the event, students were advised to build a healthy personality and distance themselves from drug abuse. A total of 110 students and 26 teachers from the school attended the lecture.
