NALBARI: According to the Assam State Election Commission, release of the draft voter list for the 2023 Panchayat elections on the website-https://ermssec. assam.gov.in Nalbari district has a total of 809 polling stations covering 13 Zila Parishads, 7 Anchalik Panchayats, 65 Gaon Panchayats and 650 ward constituencies.
A total of 558,924 persons, including 287,451 male voters and 271,473 female voters have been included in the draft voter list for the 2023 panchayat elections in the district. Voters can submit their objections to the Electoral Registration Officer/Assistant Electoral Registration Officer/District and Sub-Division (Headquarters) Officer of their constituency till September 12 this year. Nalbari District Commissioner and District Election Officer Varnali Deka has urged the people to view the draft voter list online on the website launched by the Assam State Election Commission and resolve any objections within the stipulated time frame.
