DEMOW: The 48-hour strike which was called by Motor Workers’ Association evoked full response in Demow of Sivasagar district on Friday. Due to the strike the buses, magic cars were off the road and normal life was paralyzed in Demow on Friday. There were few customers in the shops in Demow on Friday. The passengers have to wait for long hours and had to return home as there were no buses, magic cars.
