The Assam Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) 2019 Exam will be held on this Sunday, 10th November 2019. For the Lower Primary and Upper Primary Level teachers exam, the Assam's Department of Elementary Education (DEE) has released the Assam TET 2019 Admit Card on its official website.
Admit card can be downloaded from the -ssa.assam.gov.in. Candidates who seek teaching jobs in Assam schools need to qualify the Assam TET exam for Lower Primary (LP) or Upper Primary (UP) to be eligible to apply for the teacher post. Exam Pattern for Paper-I and Paper-II
Candidates wish to teach classes I to V have to appear Paper –I and for classes, VI to VIII have to appear Paper-II. The exam will be conducted in five languages – Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Hindi, and English. In 2.5 hours, a total of 150 multiple choice questions will be asked, and each question carries 1 mark. There will be no negative marking for the wrong answers given by the candidate or any un-attempted question. Additional 20 minutes' time (per hour) will be there for visually impaired candidates.

Answer Key
Within 10-15 days of the examination, TET Answer Key is available for the candidates by Assam's Department of Elementary Education. If candidates find any wrong or faulty in the Answer Key, they can raise an objection by paying a certain fee.
Result and Certificate 2019
Within 3 months of the exam, Assam Teachers Eligibility Test Result and Certificate are released by the DEE. If a candidate secured minimum cut off marks, he/she declared as pass and qualified candidates are handed over with the Assam TET Eligibility Certificate, which is valid for up to 7 years.
