GUWAHATI: On April 7, during the morning hours, a body of a young man was discovered in the Behtapara area of Guwahati.
According to reports, the young man's throat had a slit when he was found lying dead on the road. But the deceased person’s name and the nature of the incident—suicide or murder—have not been determined yet.
The body has been taken into custody by the authorities, who then sent it for an autopsy. In order to solve the case, the police have initiated an investigation and are looking into every little detail.
It is important to note that a man's body was floating in the Brahmaputra river in the Kamrup District of Assam in a related occurrence last month. The body was discovered near Kalitapara in Dakshin Kamrup's Dakhala Colony area.
Locals called and informed the police immediately when they noticed the body, and the Sualkuchi River Police helped them recover the body.
In Assam’s Nalbari district on Tuesday, the body of a young man with his throat cut was discovered floating in a gutter. The dead have been identified as Sajahan Ali, also known as Jintu, a Dhamdhama native and the son of Sader Ali.
After the body was discovered by several people in the Chengnoi hamlet of the Dhamdhama region of Nalbari, the tragedy was made public.
According to reports, the man was put in the drain, where he bled to death. The Nalbari police arrived on the scene right away and removed the body and had later sent it for an autopsy. In connection with the incident, a person named Mofiz Ali has been detained by the police.
In yet another terrible occurrence, a young man from Lumding, Assam, was reportedly found sliced into two pieces in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. According to reports, the young man reportedly called his mother and begged her to help him because he was about to be killed.
The victim, named Tutan De, was discovered on the railway track in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Tutan De worked as a bedroll provider in the train's AC section.
