NAGAON: Assamese weekly newspaper Amar Aditi officially launched a website. The website - www.amaraditi.com- was launched on Wednesday by Dr Sadananda Payeng, Principal of Anandaram Dekial Phukon College, Nagaon, at a function held at the computer hub of the college.
The new website will promote the weekly newspaper Amar Aditi published from Nagaon. “This is a matter of pride for Nagaon. The newspaper must always fulfil its responsibilities impartially. The language must be used correctly. There are many ways in which you can improve your skills in the field of IT,” said Dr Payeng.
Dr Kulen Chandra Das, Principal of Nagaon Girls’ College, also expressed his support for the digital medium. The Aditi family also congratulated Tanmayjit Barua (Mon), a student of Kaziranga University, who developed the new website.
