ASTC bus stand inaugurated at Bargang in Biswanath district

BISWANATH CHARIALI: Cabinet Minister Ranjit Dutta inaugurated the newly constructed ASTC bus stand at Bargang under Behali constituency in Biswanath district on Sunday in the presence of Chair-person of Assam State Transport Corporation Ashok Bhattarai. It is to be noted that a car will be operated daily from Bargang bus stand to Guwahati while another bus will run locally from Biswanath Chariali to Bedeti to accommodate students.

The bus stand constructed at a cost of about Rs 60 lakh is expected to alleviate the long-term traffic congestion in the greater region.
