MANGALDAI: Sudhendu Mohan Talukdar, a candidate of the Bharatiya Gana Parishad (BGP) from 65 Kalaigaon LAC, became the first candidate to file nomination in Darrang district which is going to polling in the second phase on April 1. Sudhendu Mohan Talukdar submitted his nomination papers to the Commissioner Darrang-cum-the Returning Officer for 65 Kalaigaon LAC, Vijay Bhaskar Reddy in his office chamber on Wednesday.
