Kokrajhar: Former Bodoland People's Front (BPF) leader Biswajit Daimary has accused former Bodoland Territorial Council Chief Hagrama Mohilary for not doing equal development across BTR.

In a meeting Biswajit Dimary levelled allegations against BTC Chief Hagrama Mohilary of being a businessman who have worked for the benefit of the contractors and not for the development of Bodoland areas and people of Bodoland.

Daimary who is now a BJP leader, has said that Mohilary has never ensured equal development across BTR. He have never introduced any development scheme for the public in terms of various issues which they face.

He said, there were many policies and schemes for the development of the public from the central Government but as Mohilary is working only for big contractors without implementing good plans the public of BTC is deprived from all those policies and schemes.

These allegations come days ahead of the BTC elections. Polls are scheduled for December 7 and 10.
