Bongaigaon: The headmaster of Bidyapur High School of Bongaigaon was arrested by Bongaigaon police. A 15-year-old student of the school alleged that she was sexually harassed by the headmaster. An FIR has been lodged against the accused by the father of the girl.
The girl visited the school to get a sign on her ID card, who later alleged improper intention of the headmaster towards her when she was inside the room. The Chapor police were first notified about the case as the accused is a resident of that area. They later assisted the Bongaigaon police, who arrested the headmaster.
The teenage girl said that the headmaster's moves towards her were improper. However, no witness was present on the spot.
