DOOMDOOMA: The members of Chatra Mukti Sangram Samiti (CMSS) staged sit-in against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act in front of the Circle Office, Doomdooma Revenue Circle, Rupaisiding for three hours on Sunday demanding unconditional release of Krishak Mukti Sangram Samiti (KMSS) adviser Akhil Gogoi and other detainees of the current agitation against Citizenship (Amendment) Act. On the other hand, artistes and litterateurs on Sunday resorted to protest against CAA by sketching paintings on canvas and reciting poems.
